Shipping
Free Shipping on all original art within the lower 48 states. For shipping estimates to other destinations, the client may inquire by email:

All art ships within 3 business days.
If a client chooses to reroute a shipment, after the shipment is already en route, then the client is responsible for the additional charges incurred to reroute the shipment.
If a client delays a delivery, and a detention charge is incurred, the client is responsible for this charge.
Shipment Protection
Adult signature required option when shipping via FedEx Ground and Express deliveries. Creative Textures is not liable for any lost or stolen art from the delivery site after it has been delivered without a signature. Contact the gallery to add this feature to your shipment.
Returns
Returns are rare for us, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re certainly here to help.
An exchange or return may be made within 60 days of purchase in the same condition as it was received. The client will cover shipping and handling charges. There is a 10% restocking fee applicable to all. The fee may not be charged if the item has been damaged in transit, or if the product received was different than ordered. If the item has been damaged, please provide images of the damaged pieces to the gallery staff immediately for review.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of having received it, after which we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days of the item being returned, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Works
If you feel your work was damaged in the process of our shipping it to you, please take a picture of the piece, then notify us and we will immediately send a replacement piece. After the replacement work arrives, you can return the damaged work to us at our expense.
